We want to enable environmental practitioners to speak with one voice on key issues. When dealing with external organisations, we seek to co-ordinate a collective response from our member bodies – without ever preventing our member bodies from expressing their own individual views.
A core part of our strategy, to provide expert advice where it is required, is to respond to consultations from government and other statutory bodies. Comment on draft documentation is one of the best ways that Chartered Environmentalists can influence policy.
