SocEnv is currently comprised of 23 diverse professional bodies and learned societies, all of which share a common vision – sustainability through environmental professionalism.
Full member bodies are licensed to accredit their members with the Chartered Environmentalist qualification. They are entitled to nominate two Directors of the Board, and can appoint candidates to join other SocEnv committees. Find out how to become a Member

Associate bodies share our vision and can participate in many of SocEnv’s major functions, including our role in responding to consultations. Unlike full member bodies, they are not eligible to be licensed to accredit their individual members with the CEnv qualification and have no representative Directors of the Board.
