The Government's forthcoming Green Deal initiative is set to look at energy use in existing properties. It is a set of proposals which will allow consumers to make energy improvements to their homes or premises and pay back the cost through their energy bills.
To help the building industry prepare for these changes, SocEnv licensed member, the Association of Building Engineers (ABE), are running a series of sustainability workshops on Energy and Carbon Assessment, Aiming for Zero Carbon Buildings and Principles of Sustainability.
