SocEnv Volunteers Awarded With Honorary Fellowships

SocEnv would cease to function without the ongoing generous support of our team of dedicated volunteers. During the Christmas Reception, the Society took the opportunity to thank two of these volunteers, David Lloyd-Roach and Tony Plytas, for their outstanding and vital contribution to the aims and operations of SocEnv, by presenting them with Honorary Fellowship Awards.

David Lloyd-Roach has held the post of Chair of SocEnv’s Registration Authority for 3 years during which time has made an outstanding contribution to the high standard at which the CEnv qualification is licensed, awarded and achieved.

In 2011 David led the review of the Practice Directions to ensure SocEnv’s continuing commitment to improving professional standards embeds robust processes around the licensing and award of the prestigious Chartered Environmentalist qualification.
